Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kv888 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kv888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. 2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

kv888 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign exchange conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. kv888 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Bangladeshi payment methods; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, which are outside kv888's control.

Deposit Conditions

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on kv888:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted on kv888:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. kv888 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal.
• Any active wagering requirement on bonus funds must be completed in full before a withdrawal of those funds can be processed.
• kv888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

kv888 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded or have accounts under review are not eligible for promotional offers.
• Each welcome bonus or sign-up offer may be claimed only once per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the specific offer terms.

4. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on kv888 are supplied by third-party game studios that operate under independent licences and are subject to independent auditing of their random number generation (RNG) systems and published return-to-player (RTP) percentages. kv888 does not operate its own RNG and does not modify game outcomes after they are produced by the provider's certified system.

Players are required to follow the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the result recorded in kv888's system logs, the system log result shall be considered the authoritative record. kv888 will investigate any disputed results in good faith and communicate findings to the affected player.

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, exploit game logic, or gain an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Collusion between players in live casino games, poker variants, or any multiplayer game format is prohibited. kv888 employs detection systems to identify collusive behaviour and will act on confirmed cases without prior notice.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or undocumented features to gain credits or advantages not intended by the game design is prohibited. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error may be voided.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

kv888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kv888 may retain any balance in the account to offset losses or costs resulting from that breach. Where closure is not related to a breach, kv888 will process the return of any verifiable account balance to the player's registered payment method following completion of any required KYC checks.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the kv888 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of kv888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from kv888 without prior written permission. Your right to use the Platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kv888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

kv888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kv888's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Amendments to These Terms

kv888 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kv888 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
